With my pictures I tried to capture some of the magic, the energy and the fun they bring to the stage.

Alchemy Tour 2011
I don’t have enough words to decribe the magic and power of a Poets of the Fall concert. Only this much: They are the best live band I know and they always leave me with a huge smile on my face, no matter how I felt before the gig.

Temple of Thought Tour 2012
In March 2012 the Poets of the Fall tour started. They introduced their new album, ‘Temple of Thought’ to the world. As emotional as the album is, as wonderful were the concerts. Beautiful, happy, sad and everything in-between, all at the same time.
In June 2012 they set out on their summer tour and I found myself on the road again only to take an 8 week break in August / September, before setting out on the fall tour that included 6 concerts in Germany.
I didn’t take pictures at every gig attended, but I took some. As usual, trying to capture and show what a Poets of the Fall concert is all about.

10th Anniversary Tour 2013
2013 was Poets of the Fall’s anniversary year. They celebrated by recording and releasing their first ever live DVD. After two concerts in Finland, they toured Russia and Ukraine (recording the DVD in Moscow), played a few one-off gigs in Finland over the summer and extensively toured Switzerland, Austria and Germany in the fall.
The concert year ended in Finland with a Christmas concert in Helsinki and a New year’s eve show on MS Gabriella.

Jealous Gods Tour 2014 and 2015
With the new album in the fall of 2014 came a new tour. Before that there were a few one off summer gigs, but essentially it was just a long break before I could go into full tour mode again. As it has become a tradition now, the year ended with a Christmas concert in Helsinki.
The tour continued all through 2015, once again going international and ending with a Christmas concert in Finland.

Between Albums Tour 2016
The Jelous Gods Tour officially ended in 2015 and the new album was in the making, but would not come out until the fall. The guys decided to play a few gigs for us anyway and as always, I just had to go and see some of them.

Clearview Tour 2016 and 2017
The Clearview tour kicked off with a big CD release concert in the fall of 2016 and just kept on running, going from Finland to Russia to Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands only to come back to Finland for the now traditional Christmas gig in December. In January 2017 the guys visited the UK and returned to Finland for a full winter/spring tour.
